Teleflo Strainers are manufactured from graded castings from reputed foundries. Fabricated strainers are manufactured from seamless pipes. Castings and welds are tested by D.P.. Ultrasonic and X-Ray Radiography for critical services. Test bar analysis of heat numbers is carried out for chemical and physical properties. Rigid stage-wise inspection and hydraulic test at 1.5 to 2 times working pressure.

Teleflo Strainers are designed to take into consideration process data, location in pipeline, application, maintenance requirements and degree of filteration required. Construction of body and mesh are made to suit these requirements. Cover and basket is designed for easy removal and cleaning, for inspection and maintenance. Drain plugs are provided to blow off accumulated foreign particles. Drain valve is provided on request. Lifting eye bolts or lugs are provided on larger sizes. Complete test certificates for materials, hydro-test third party inspection certificates will be provided as required.
